Job Description / Responsibility Responsible for overall coordination on filed (Physical execution supervision & design related activities) of all projects IT issue with, vendor, consultant, and design development & construction team. Compile project IT specifications align with respective operator guideline and keep within budgets and timelines. Review conceptual IT BOQ with specification that received Consultant. Prepare tender documents, Invitation, Technical & Financial CS, Organize Pre & post bid negotiation meeting and award IT vendor. Coordination shop design & submittals with the respective service provider (Vendor) during physical execution. Resolving IT related contractual and commercial problems. Monitoring the IT works and ensuring that all works are carried out to specific standards. Manage and administrate key network, wireless, firewall and voice technologies, such as Cisco ASA, Cisco UC, Jabber, Nexus, Catalyst, F5 APM, F5 GTM, F5 LTM, Riverbed Steelhead (Implementations and Operations). Manage and maintain the network infrastructure (Implementations and Operations). Monitor network engineering performance and ensure system availability and reliability. Configuring and installing various network devices and services (e.g. routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS) (Implementations and Operations). Performing network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations. Communicating complex information to a non-technological audience. Install new hardware and software. LAN and WAN Network, Server Administration, Routing and Switching part, Project Data Center, Web application development (Implementation and Operations). Give office equipment support & IT Audit. Troubleshooting technology problems. Collect, check and certify project running and final bills of contractor's value completed IT work and arrange payments. Document control of all IT related billing, work order, CS for all projects. Monitor and advice during maintenance. Job Nature Full-time Educational Requirements B.Sc in Computer Science & Engineering/Information & Communication Technology/Electrical & Electronics Engineering) from any Public/reputed private University. Experience Requirements 5 to 8 year(s) The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Project Manager (Software), Project Manager (IT System), Technical Lead (Software), Programmer/ Software Engineer, Database Administrator (DBA), Network Engineer/ Network Administrator, System Engineer (Computer Network & System), IT System Management, Security Management of IT System, MIS The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, IT Enabled Service, Real Estate Job Requirements Age 30 to 40 year(s) Applicant should have experience in: Passive & Active Network, Data Center management & data governance PABX with IP Phone for hotel & Commercial Projects.
